  • Precalienta el horno a 450\u00b0F\/ 232 \u00b0C. Coloca las patatas en una olla grande con agua con sal. Lleva a ebullici\u00f3n; cocina tapado de 15 a 20 minutos, hasta que est\u00e9n tiernas. Escurre bien. <\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • Engrasa ligeramente una bandeja para hornear grande con aceite en aerosol. Coloca las patatas en la bandeja y, con un machacador, apl\u00e1nalas LIGERAMENTE (cuidado con no machacarlas). <\/span><\/div><\/li>
