Potatoes
- 24 oz. Tasteful Selections® potatoes, quartered
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1½ tsp. smoked paprika
Salsa
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 jalapeño, diced
- ½ red onion, diced
- ½ lime, juiced
- Cilantro, to taste
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Protein
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Taco seasoning packet
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste, optional
Toppings
- Siracha Mayonnaise
- Sour cream
- Guacamole
In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, onion powder, garlic powder and smoked paprika.
Air-fry potatoes for 20-25 minutes at 400°F, shaking basket halfway through, until potatoes are fork tender.
While potatoes cook, combine tomato, jalapeno, red onion, lime, cilantro, salt & pepper. Mix well & set aside.
Brown the ground beef then add taco seasoning & tomato paste.
Once potatoes are cooked, assemble in a serving dish starting with potatoes, then salsa & ground beef. Top the dish with siracha mayo, sour cream & guacamole.
