Cumin Spiced Potatoes  

Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 20 min | Serves: 3

Ingredients:

  • 24 oz. 2-Bite Tasteful Selections® potatoes, halved
  • Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
  • 1 tsp. cumin seeds
  • Coarse salt, to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400-degrees.

Place potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil to lightly coat. Toss potatoes with cumin seeds.

Roast 20 minutes, then broil on high for an additional 5 minutes to brown the edges and crisp the skin. Add salt, to taste.
