Cumin Spiced Potatoes

- 24 oz. 2-Bite Tasteful Selections® potatoes, halved
- Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- Coarse salt, to taste
Preheat oven to 400-degrees.
Place potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil to lightly coat. Toss potatoes with cumin seeds.
Roast 20 minutes, then broil on high for an additional 5 minutes to brown the edges and crisp the skin. Add salt, to taste.
