Instant Pot® Browned Butter Potatoes

Get the perfect potato side dish without heating up the kitchen. The Instant Pot® makes these browned butter potatoes an easy dish with minimal hassle. Add protein and you’ve got a main course.
Prep Time: 8 min | Cook Time: 7 min plus time to come to pressure | Serves: 4-6
- 2 packages of 24 oz. Tasteful Selections® potatoes, halved (Recipe favorite: Sunrise Medley)
- ½ c. butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. basil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ c. chicken broth
- ¼ c. freshly grated Parmesan
Turn Instant Pot® on to sauté and melt butter. Swirl the butter around with a spoon and cook until foam has settled and butter is golden brown. Skim foam with a spoon. Add potatoes, garlic, basil and salt and pepper to the pot with the butter. Stir until potatoes are coated with the butter. Pour chicken broth over potatoes and place the lid on the pot. Set cooking time to manual for 7 minutes. Use the quick release after cooking time is complete. Remove the lid after pressure is released and top with Parmesan. Serve hot.
