Ingredients

  • 2 packages Tasteful Selections® (24 oz. each) potatoes, halved
  • ½ c. butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • ½ c. chicken broth
  • ¼ c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Turn Instant Pot® on to sauté and melt butter. Swirl the butter around with a spoon and cook until foam has settled and butter is golden brown. Skim foam with a spoon. Add potatoes, garlic, basil and salt and pepper to the pot with the butter. Stir until potatoes are coated with the butter.
  • Pour chicken broth over potatoes and place the lid on the pot. Set cooking time to manual for 7 minutes. Use the quick release after cooking time is complete. Remove the lid after pressure is released and top with Parmesan. Serve hot.
