Scalloped Potatoes and Ham  

Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: approx. 3.5 hr (slow cooker) | Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 24 oz. Tasteful Selections® potatoes, cut in ¼-inch thick slices (Recipe favorite: Honey Gold)
  • 1 ham steak, cut into ½-inch cubes
  • 1 can (10 ¾ oz.) condensed low-sodium cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ soup can of water
  • 1 ½ tsp. Italian herbs

Directions:

Layer potatoes and ham in slow cooker. In medium bowl, combine soup, water, Italian herbs and cheddar cheese. Pour over potatoes and ham. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 ½ hours, or until potatoes are fork-tender.
