Wine Braised Fingerlings

  • 24 oz. Tasteful Selections® potatoes (Recipe favorite: Sunset Fingerlings)
  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. dry white wine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning or Herbs de Provence


Preheat oven to 350-degrees.

Cut fingerlings in half lengthwise and toss with olive oil, white wine and salt in roasting pan. Sprinkle top with herbs. Cover pan and place in oven to bake for 20-30 minutes, or until tender.
