24 oz.Tasteful Selections® potatoes
3c.fresh broccoli florets
1½c.red bell pepper, deseeded and sliced julienne
1smallred onion, sliced
3tbsp.extra virgin olive oil
1tbsp.garlic herb seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Toss all ingredients with olive oil and lay in a single layer on a sheet pan. Roast about 45 minutes, until all veggies are tender. Sprinkle with garlic seasoning and serve immediately.
Notes
Keep it vegetarian, or add cooked chicken for a protein packed meal.
