Ingredients
4boiled or microwaved, chilled Tasteful Selections® 2-Bite potatoes
2 c.chopped kale
1½c.frozen blueberries, divided
1c.frozen pitted cherries
1c.chickpea flour
¼c.almond butter
2c.unsweetened almond milk
1tsp.ground cinnamon
1tsp.fresh grated ginger
Handful of ice, optional
6-8fresh mint leaves
Instructions
In blender combine potatoes, kale, blueberries (with 6-8 reserved), cherries, chickpea flour, almond butter, almond milk, cinnamon, ginger and ice (if desired). Blend until smooth.
Divide smoothie evenly between two glasses. Just before serving, garnish each with remaining blueberries and fresh mint leaves.
