Ingredients

  • 20 oz. Tasteful Selections® potatoes
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh herbs parsley, chives or tarragon
  • Salt & freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Place whole potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold, salted water.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15–20 minutes or until fork-tender.
  • Drain and return potatoes to the warm pot.
  • Add butter, herbs, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to coat. Serve warm.
