Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Tasteful Selections® potatoes
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. everything bagel seasoning
  • 3 tbsp. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp. whole milk
  • 1 tsp. thinly sliced green onion (optional)

Instructions

  • Slice potatoes ¼-inch thick and toss with olive oil. Air fry potatoes at 375°F until tender and golden, about 15 minutes; toss potatoes with seasoning. For sauce, whisk cream cheese and milk until smooth. Serve with sauce on the side or drizzle potatoes with sauce and garnish with green onions, if desired.
