- 24 oz. Tasteful Selections® potatoes
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Boil potatoes until fork-tender, about 10–15 minutes.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Once melted, add minced garlic & sauté for about 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
Slowly pour in cream & let sauce simmer for about 10minutes, allowing it to thicken.
Toss the boiled potatoes in the creamy garlic sauce,ensuring that each potato is well-coated.
Garnish with salt, pepper & chopped parsley.
