16oz.Tasteful Selections® potatoes
2tbsp.olive oil
¼c.cream cheese, softened
1tbsp.parsley, chopped
1tsp.crushed red pepper
8oz.salami, sliced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450-degrees and line baking sheet with foil. Place potatoes on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 12-15 minutes, turn potatoes, then bake an additional 12-15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Allow to cool to the touch.
In a small bowl, stir together the cream cheese, parsley and red pepper. Spread ½ teaspoon cream cheese onto a slice of salami. Place one potato in the center of salami and wrap the meat around the potato. Secure with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining potatoes and salami slices. Refrigerate any leftovers.
