Roasted Fingerling Potatoes with Fresh Chive Dressing

32 oz.Tasteful Selections® potatoes
2tbsp.extra virgin olive oil
1tsp.coarse sea salt
½tsp.freshly ground pepper
½c.plain Greek yogurt (2% fat)
½c.light sour cream
1tbsp.fresh chives, finely chopped
Preheat oven to 400-degrees. Cut potatoes into 1-inch pieces. Toss potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread potatoes onto an oiled sheet pan and roast for 40-45 minutes, or until potatoes are golden and fork tender.
Whisk together yogurt, sour cream, chives and garlic salt. Serve with warm potatoes.
