Ingredients
5eggs, beaten
½c.milk
½tsp.onion powder
½tsp.dry mustard powder
1tsp.salt
8oz.shredded cheddar cheese
8oz.low-sodium deli ham, chopped
16oz.Tasteful Selections® potatoes, quartered
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350-degrees. In a large bowl, whisk together: eggs, milk and seasonings. Stir in cheese, ham and potatoes. Pour mixture into an 11" x 7” baking dish sprayed with olive oil spray. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Allow casserole to sit for 10 minutes to “set” before serving. Serve warm.
