1½packagesTasteful Selections® potatoes
¼c.milk
3 tbsp.butter
1tsp.salt
2lbs.Ground Turkey
Salt and pepper, to taste
1canpeas, drained
1cancorn, drained

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
Place potatoes in saucepan, cover with water and add one teaspoon salt. Cover and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and cook 10-15 minutes, until fork tender. Drain water and mash potatoes with milk and butter.
While potatoes are cooking, brown ground turkey, seasoned with salt and pepper in a skillet over medium heat, until fully cooked. Scoop turkey out and place into a pie pan.
Add peas and corn as the second layer, then top with mashed potatoes (if you want to get fancy, you can pipe the mashed potatoes on the pie).
Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with cranberry sauce and gravy, if desired.
