Ingredients

  • packages Tasteful Selections® potatoes
  • ¼ c. milk
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 lbs. Ground Turkey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can peas, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained

Toppings

  • Cranberry Sauce
  • Gravy

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
  • Place potatoes in saucepan, cover with water and add one teaspoon salt. Cover and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and cook 10-15 minutes, until fork tender. Drain water and mash potatoes with milk and butter.
  • While potatoes are cooking, brown ground turkey, seasoned with salt and pepper in a skillet over medium heat, until fully cooked. Scoop turkey out and place into a pie pan.
  • Add peas and corn as the second layer, then top with mashed potatoes (if you want to get fancy, you can pipe the mashed potatoes on the pie).
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with cranberry sauce and gravy, if desired.
