Pesto Roasted Potatoes

Make these roasted small potatoes in the oven and serve with pesto or ranch.

  • 24 oz. Tasteful Selections® potatoes
  • c. pesto
  • ½ lemon, zested and juiced
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Additional pesto or ranch, optional for dipping


  • Preheat oven to 400-degrees. On a baking sheet combine the potatoes and pesto; toss to coat. Roast in oven for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender.
  • Remove from oven, toss with lemon zest, juice and Parmesan cheese.  Serve with additional pesto or ranch for dipping, if desired.
