- 24 oz. Tasteful Selections® fingerling potatoes
- ¼ c. butter, melted
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 lemon, juiced
Preheat oven to 375-degrees. Cut potatoes into 1-inch pieces. Place potatoes in a large baking dish (9” x 13”) and drizzle with olive oil. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice and salt. Pour over potatoes and stir to coat. Bake covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes or until golden brown.
