  • 24 oz. Tasteful Selections® potatoes
  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • c. pesto
  • 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese


  • Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Toss potatoes with olive oil; Roast in a single layer, about 45 minutes, until tender and browned. Toss with pesto and sprinkle with Parmesan; serve immediately.
