Ingredientes

  • 20 oz. Tasteful Selections® potatoes, halved
  • tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Herbed Aioli Dip

  • ½ c. mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh herbs parsley, chives or dill

Instructions

  • Toss halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Air-fry at 400°F for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crisp.
  • In a small bowl, mix all aioli ingredients. Chill until ready to serve.
  • Serve potatoes hot with herbed aioli and garnish with parsley.
