Instructions

Preheat oven to 375-degrees.
Slice potatoes ¼” thick lengthwise; toss all vegetables and sausage with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Roast on sheet pan at 375°F for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden.
