Ingredients
16oz.Tasteful Selections® Nibbles
2tbsp.olive oil
2clovesgarlic, minced
1tbsp.fresh parsley, finely chopped
1tsp.fresh thyme, optional
½tsp.kosher salt
¼tsp.fresh ground pepper
Lime Dill Sauce
½c.sour cream
2tbsp.mayonnaise
1tbsp.fresh dill
1½tsp.lemon zest
1cloveroasted garlic, minced
salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, combine potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Spread potatoes on baking sheet in a single layer. Roast 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until potatoes are fork-tender.
While potatoes cook, mix all ingredients for lemon dill sauce.
Sprinkle potatoes with fresh parsley and serve warm with toothpicks and a dipping sauce.
