These potatoes are great! I boil them and then smash them to bake in the oven with some olive oil, salt, and vinegar on top. They’re always so creamy and flavorful!

I love these mini potatoes- the mix of purple, red & gold really make for a colorful plate. Taste wise, they are potatoes and aren’t anything special, but they’re good. This brand is easy to find at Safeway or Target and is not too expensive. I would repurchase

My husband roasted the potatoes with a little salt & olive oil & they turned out delicious, plus the bag was just the right serving size, I definitely recommend them!

These were so good. Just the right size to cut up and add to a recipe. I loved the different colors and they were so fresh. I used them in mashed potatoes and also in morning hash browns. Will definitely buy these again.
