Skillet Garlic Potatoes
Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 10 min | Serves: 4-6
- 24 oz. Tasteful Selections® potatoes, sliced (Recipe favorite: Purple Passion)
- 1/8 c. olive oil
- 10 garlic cloves, peeled and cut in half
- 2 tsp. fresh rosemary or 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Add olive oil to a large sauté pan and heat over medium-high heat. Spread the potato slices over the bottom of the pan. Cook for 5-8 minutes. Turn over potatoes and add garlic. Continue cooking 5-8 minutes, or until potatoes are golden brown. Add rosemary and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
