I like their slightly nutty taste but they were pretty hard to cook through. It took at least 45min in a 400F oven. I thought that these little ones won’t need much time but they did. I love the color and the taste and would get them again.

Fun and purple but I didn’t notice anything amazing different other than the color. I thought it would be fun for the kids. I roasted in the oven with butter and garlic.

I cooked these purple potatoes seasoned in the instant pot atop chicken breast that was in a shallow layer of chicken broth. I loved how easy it was to steam them in the bag. After I cut them up and and tossed them with fresh herbs, salt & pepper and melted butter.

I liked them alot. They taste the same as a yellow potato but they are bite size. It’s perfect. Don’t be fooled by the size they take just as long to cook as a full sized potato. I would definitely buy them again.

These tasted delicious and I would definitely buy them again. Maybe a touch sweeter than regular potatoes but nowhere near a sweet potato. I roasted these in the oven and they were delicious
