They were so good!!!!! I loved them I was able to feed my family of 5 off of one bag of potatoes. I thought they were going to be like red potatoes since their called ruby but they were great. I baked them in the oven and they were evenly cooked and very delicious! I would 1000000% buy this again! I can’t wait to try different recipes with them!
