These are the perfect size for roasting and I love the mix of red potatoes and gold potatoes. I boiled first and then pan roasted for a delicious crunchy texture on the outside and soft center. These are totally affordable for me and I like the flavor.

yummy bite size potatoes
I love mini potatoes-they are so cute! I roast these with some olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. they come out yummy. I like that they are bite sized so they are easy to mix up with other roasted veggies as well. I like the red variety in it.
