- 24 oz. cubed Tasteful Selections® Mini Sweet potatoes
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ¾ c. plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp. butter
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Instructions
Place cubed sweet potatoes in large saucepan of salted boiling water, boil for 30 minutes or until tender. Transfer sweet potatoes to a large bowl. Add bacon, yogurt and butter. Smash the sweet potatoes with a potato masher or fork until fluffy but some lumps remain. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Variations - Omit the bacon and yogurt and try adding the following:Orange and Honey Sweets: cut back yogurt to ¼ cup, add ½ cup orange juice, ½ teaspoon orange zest, 2 tablespoons honey, and ½ teaspoon cinnamon Horseradish Sweets: Add 1-2 tablespoons horseradish for a zesty flavor Smokey Sweets: Add half can chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce Pie-Like Sweets: Keep the yogurt, add ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon, ground nutmeg, ¼ teaspoon ground cloves -
