24oz.Tasteful Selections® fingerling potatoes
¼c. olive oil
1tsp.salt
½tsp.pepper
Beer Cheese Dip
8oz.shredded sharp cheddar
4oz.cream cheese
4oz.good beer
¼tsp.salt
1tsp.garlic powder
½tsp.crushed red pepper
¼tsp.liquid smoke
½tsp.pepper
Instructions
Fingerlings
Wash potatoes and cut in either halves or quarters lengthwise. Preheat oven to 425-degrees. Toss fingerlings with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast or grill at 425-degrees for 25 minutes.
Beer Cheese Dip
Place cheddar cheese, cream cheese and beer in saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until the cheese is melted and blended. Stir in salt, garlic powder, red pepper, liquid smoke and pepper. Cook and stir over low heat for 5 minutes, until mixture is completely smooth. Serve warm alongside cooked fingerlings.
