  • 24 oz. Tasteful Selections® potatoes, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Garlic salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Slice potatoes into ¼-inch slices. Toss with olive oil, garlic salt and pepper. Stack alternating potatoes 6 slices high.
  • Bake until potatoes are fork-tender, about 40-50 minutes.

• For crispier potatoes, slice them thinner.
