I was incentivized to try these potatoes but I absolutely loved them! I enjoy cooking small potatoes and these had a great packaging for washing. I ripped the bad and washed over the sink easily. I heated a pan and cooked with garlic, salt, pepper and added mushrooms at the end. They were a bit earthy but tasty and paired great with my steak. I would definitely buy again. These little purple potatoes were just wonderful! They kept their hue for the most part in the curry I made, and had a delicious bite.

I like their slightly nutty taste but they were pretty hard to cook through. It took at least 45min in a 400F oven. I thought that these little ones won’t need much time but they did. I love the color and the taste and would get them again.

The directions state to cook right in the package in the microwave. I decided to oven roast them with some onion and smoked sausage. The outside was crisp and inside perfectly soft. Great flavor!
