Air Fryer Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

  • 24 oz. Tasteful Selections® potatoes, halved
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary


  • Preheat air-fryer oven to 400-degrees. In a large bowl, toss potatoes, cheese, oil, salt and pepper together until coated. Place potatoes in an even layer into air-fryer basket. Cook, shaking basket halfway through, until golden-brown and crisp, about 15-20 minutes. Top with parsley.
  • Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, garlic and rosemary until combined. Serve warm with mayonnaise mixture.

Recipe Tips

Buy premade garlic aioli or use your favorite dipping sauce for an even quicker meal.
Use leftover cooked potatoes in this recipe by reducing air-fryer heat to 350-degrees and cook time to 5-10 minutes.
Re-purpose leftover air-fryer potatoes by making a simple breakfast hash! Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped red and green peppers and chopped yellow onion until tender, about 4 minutes. Add in leftover parmesan roasted potatoes and sauté until warm, about 3 minutes. Top with fried eggs and serve!
