  • 24 oz. Tasteful Selections® fingerling potatoes
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. coarse black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. freshly chopped cilantro leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Vegetable oil, for frying


  • Preheat oil to 350-degrees. Thinly slice the potatoes and place in a bowl. In a separate large bowl, combine the paprika, salt, pepper, cilantro and garlic. Set aside.
  • Slowly add the potatoes to the hot oil in small batches and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-4 minutes per batch. Remove the chips from the oil, drain on paper towels and toss in the bowl with the seasonings.

Recipe Tips

If desired, 2 teaspoons dried parsley can be substituted for the cilantro.
