- 2 packages Tasteful Selections® (24 oz. each) potatoes, halved
- ½ c. butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. basil
- ½ c. chicken broth
- ¼ c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Turn Instant Pot® on to sauté and melt butter. Swirl the butter around with a spoon and cook until foam has settled and butter is golden brown. Skim foam with a spoon. Add potatoes, garlic, basil and salt and pepper to the pot with the butter. Stir until potatoes are coated with the butter.
Pour chicken broth over potatoes and place the lid on the pot. Set cooking time to manual for 7 minutes. Use the quick release after cooking time is complete. Remove the lid after pressure is released and top with Parmesan. Serve hot.
