  • 24 oz. Tasteful Selections® potatoes
  • ½ c. vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. lemon pepper seaoning
  • 1 tbsp. fresh Italian parsley, chopped


  • Microwave potatoes until just tender, about 7 minutes. Smash slightly, but keep whole.
  • Heat olive oil in medium sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add potatoes and brown on one side, cooking about 4 minutes. Flip and brown on second side, cooking another 3 minutes. Drain potatoes.
  • Sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning and chopped parsley.
