Mom's Meatloaf with Crispy Garlic Parsley Potatoes

  • 1 pkg. Potatoes Your Way™ Garlic Parsley
  • lbs. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • ½ medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. dried bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • c. ketchup
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. mustard


Mom's Meatloaf

  • Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly grease 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • Combine ground beef, egg, onion, milk and bread crumbs in a large bowl; season with salt and pepper. Transfer to loaf pan.
  • Mix ketchup, brown sugar and mustard together in a small bowl until well combined; spread evenly over the top of the meatloaf. Bake for 1 hour.

Air Fry Potatoes Your Way™ Garlic Parsley

  • Cut potatoes into quarters or cubes right in tray.
  • Toss with 2 tbsp. cooking oil & seasoning
  • Transfer potatoes to air fryer. Air fry 18 min. @ 400°F (shake @ 9 min.).
