- 16 oz. Tasteful Selections Nibbles® potatoes
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. fresh rosemary, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp. honey, divided

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400-degrees. Toss potatoes with oil on rimmed baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Roast, stirring halfway through, until golden brown, and tender, about 20 minutes. Add butter, Dijon mustard, rosemary, garlic, and 1 tablespoon honey to small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring often, until butter melts and ingredients are combined, about 3-5 minutes. Toss roasted potatoes in butter mixture. Drizzle remaining honey over potatoes and serve. -
