Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Tasteful Selections® Nibbles® potatoes
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. fresh rosemary, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp. honey, divided

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400-degrees. Toss potatoes with oil on rimmed baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Roast, stirring halfway through, until golden brown, and tender, about 20 minutes.
  • Add butter, Dijon mustard, rosemary, garlic, and 1 tablespoon honey to small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring often, until butter melts and ingredients are combined, about 3-5 minutes. Toss roasted potatoes in butter mixture. Drizzle remaining honey over potatoes and serve.
