Ingredients

  • 24 oz. Tasteful Selections® potatoes
  • 3 c. fresh broccoli florets
  • 1½ c. red bell pepper, deseeded and sliced julienne
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. garlic herb seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Toss all ingredients with olive oil and lay in a single layer on a sheet pan. Roast about 45 minutes, until all veggies are tender. Sprinkle with garlic seasoning and serve immediately.
