- 24 oz. Tasteful Selections® 2-Bite potatoes
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 tbsp. butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- Pepper, to taste
- Green onion tops or chives, chopped

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425-degrees. Place potatoes in medium saucepan, cover with water & bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 15-20 minutes, until fork tender. Remove from heat, drain & let cool about 5 minutes. While potatoes are simmering, combine melted butter, garlic, onion powder & pepper. Prep baking pan by lining with non-stick aluminum foil, silicone baking mat or spreading olive oil w/ a pastry brush over the bottom. Place cooled potatoes on prepared pan. With a potato masher (or a fork), slightly smash each potato down. Brush tops with butter mixture. Roast in oven 20-25 minutes, until crispy! Top with green onion tops or chives.
