- 32 oz. Tasteful Selections® potatoes, halved
- ½ c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tbsp. thyme, chopped
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
In a large pot, cover potatoes with water. Bring water to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and boil until potatoes are fork tender, about 15 minutes. Drain potatoes and run cold water over them to cool them down. Drain and place potatoes into a large bowl.
To the potatoes, add mayonnaise, cheese, bacon, thyme and salt and pepper. Stir to coat and refrigerate until ready to serve.
