- 1 lb. Tasteful Selections® potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 tbsp. + 2 tsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning
Herbed Butter- 4 oz. unsalted butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. each chopped fresh rosemary, thyme & chives
Horseradish Cream Sauce- ½ c. sour cream
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish, drained
- 1 tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- Ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. In a medium mixing bowl, combine potatoes, oil & Montreal Steak seasoning. Toss until well-coated. Transfer to air-fryer basket & cook for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown, tossing halfway. While potatoes are cooking, combine butter & garlic in a small saucepot over medium heat. Cook until garlic becomes fragrant, about 5 minutes. Remove butter from heat & cool for 5 minutes. When cool, stir in fresh herbs. Meanwhile, combine all ingredients for the horseradish cream sauce in a small mixing bowl & stir together until uniform. When potatoes are done, transfer to a serving dish & spoon the desired amount of herbed butter over the top. Dollop with horseradish cream sauce.
