Ingredients

16 oz. Tasteful Selections Nibbles® potatoes
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. ranch dressing mix
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh chives or green onions, optional
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400-degrees. Place potatoes on baking sheet, then add olive oil, garlic, ranch dressing mix, salt & pepper; gently toss to combine.
Roast in oven 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown & crispy. Sprinkle with chives or green onion tops & cooked bacon.
