24 oz. Tasteful Selections® potatoes
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 c. queso dip
¼ c. fully cooked bacon, chopped
1 tbsp. green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Microwave potatoes for 7 minutes. Toss potatoes with olive oil, skewer, then grill about 5 minutes, until tender. Serve with warmed queso dip, topped with chopped bacon and green onions.
