  • 24 oz. Tasteful Selections® fingerling potatoes, halved
  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. dry white wine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning or Herbs de Provence


  • Preheat oven to 350-degrees. In a roasting pan, toss fingerlings with olive oil, white wine and salt. Sprinkle top with herbs. Cover pan and place in oven to bake for 20-30 minutes, or until tender.
