  • 1 pkg. Potatoes Your Way™ Zesty Italian Herb
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. onion powdered
  • 1 tbsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tbsp. dried tarragon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground red pepper
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ c. olive oil
  • ½ c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 bone-in pork chops, approx. 1-inch thick


  • Whisk together the first 11 ingredients. Place pork chops in a heavy-duty plastic bag and add marinade. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for at least 8 hours, turning bag occasionally.
  • Prepare grill. Cook pork chops until internal temperature reaches 145­°F, approximately 7-10 minutes.

Microwave Mashed Potatoes Your Way™ Zesty Italian Herb

  • Leave potatoes whole and do not remove film.
  • Place tray in microwave & cook 6 min., let stand 1 min.
  • Carefully remove film & mash with fork. Add 2 tbsp. butter, ¼ cup hot milk & seasoning mix.
